This occurs when I use any web browser. I even tried to use CURL to download the file to eliminate browser extension issues, but I got the exact same download speed. I appear to lose some packets when pinging files.nexus-cdn.com. My OS is Windows 10 and it is very vanilla, no malware or odd software that could be causing issues. My network is a typical home network with nothing special. I am connected via LAN cable. I am on a 100mbps plan. I can get good speeds when downloading from Steam/Battle.net/Origin and other websites around (12MBps), I only have issues with Nexus. I have tried all download servers. Same s***. I posted the same thing regarding the slow download speed but no reply from the mods or the support team.
