Start moding skyrim using blender

Im pro 3d modeller and texturing artists i want to start moding skyrim but what stop me is i dont know anything about the coding stuff or how to work with skyrim data folder so if there any team wants a modeller or texturing artist i here also if there any tutorial on how to work with skyrim folder like without coding part that will be geret i can learn very fast ..
