Hello,

I really want to change certain values for specific game elements. Nothing too crazy, maybe just increase the amount of cops that can be in the world at once (or prevent them from despawning), maybe make SUVs heavier (so that a roadblock of just SUVs would force me to find another route instead of easily bashing through them. I think it would be interesting since there's no incentive to find a way around roadblocks really).

Do you guys know of any tools I could use to accomplish this, or how I could do it in the first place?

I can't find any youtube tutorials for this at all
