I've seen some mods already with custom outfits from other things, including Goku and 2B, for example. Now I'm looking into how to do that, myself. Thus, I need two questions answered:

1. What program do modders use for this?
2. Will it cause issues if I swap outfits between male and female avatars?

My plan is pretty simple, if anyone is already on it: make all the male character outfits available for female characters, because honestly they suck. I couldn't even remotely express my displeasure when I found that the 1st outfit for men (absolutely gorgeous, I love it) was stripped down drastically for females, then every one following received similar treatment.

 

I also very badly want to put some clothes on Io because for god's sake, that's just ridiculous that no one in this well-dressed wasteland had a spare t-shirt for her. Or at least a pair of shoes. I've only found one mod so far that changes her outfit, and while it's at least better than the remains of a shredded camisole, it made her already gigantic breasts twice as large and I just can't justify using it at that point.

 

So if anyone's already working on these, let me know; otherwise, I'd like to know how I can get it done, myself. As it stands it's near impossible to pay attention to the story from how often I'm rolling my eyes at the female characters.
