Using Magic Causes 50hp Damage

Edit: Solved: A patch that made the Blood Magic mod vampire friendly had without sign, deactivated itself in moving to my external hard drive.

 

Title explains it. Using Alternate Start to stat in Harkon's Court using any form of magic or power causes me to lose 50hp. I am using Sacrosanct (Vampire Overhaul) although I had not had this problem before. I had taken a break from the game and moved all of my files to an external drive so some mods have needed to be reinstalled to work but as of now this is the only noticeable one that I haven't fixed yet and it's a big issue for a mage. I have no idea what is causing this and I've tried reinstalling all of the mods that would I though would cause the issue i.e vampire and spell pack mods.

 

I would be grateful for any input or suggestions [i'm also using Vortex if that helps]
