Altamosnar Posted January 15, 2020 Share Posted January 15, 2020 shadows are a big fps hit so we have a good starting point to develop a performance mod not sure how simple or complex its to deal with shadows. Anyway, my idea is to disable exterior shadows when the sun or light source is low / by night. I know about several performance mods but these deactivate shadows altogether, thats too extreme - i prefer to downgrade quality instead. A bit fps here and there is always useful.
