Robe / Unarmored buff while staying close to vanilla

Hello, I was really wanting to find a mod that gives more of a reason to use clothes / mage robes over light / heavy armor in vanilla skyrim. I know there are perk / skill overhauls that do this but I am trying to stay as close to vanilla with my mods as I can. I searched around here and reddit but while some do make unarmored better they include other immersion / lore bending material that is not fitted to what I wanted, despite being amazing mods. I play with limited crafting so simply making god tier robes with one piece of armor cap is not possible.

Here are a few ideas I had. Anyone of these / combination should work:

-Head, Chest, Hands and Feet based clothes / robes have a hidden multiplier when enchanted. Example, enchanting an iron helmet gives 30 magicka, enchanting a novice hood gives 45 ect [Magic enchants only EI: Fortify Conjuration, Increase Magicka ect]

-This could instead be an enchanting perk "Magician Outfitter" etc...

"Enchanting clothes and robes with magicka based enchantments is 50% more effective"

-New perk(s) in magic schools relating to not wearing armor: " Spells cast while not wearing armor increase [x] by [x%]"

- School of magic

Destruction: Spells cast while not wearing armor increase Damage by 25%

Conjuration: While not wearing armor, higher level undead can be raised and summoned atronach become 20% stronger

Alteration: Spells cast while not wearing armor increase in effectiveness by 25% and duration by 50%

[instead a passive -30% damage?]

Restoration: While not wearing armor undead that stray near are lit on fire and health restores much faster [%?] [other ideas?]

Illusion: Honestly there is so many fun things here to come up with I would rather be suprised :D [Maybe invis when outside of combat?] [more lore friendly would be to increase calm, fear, frenzy strength]

Or your own idea, BE CREATIVE!

A few new enchantments could also be made that would do the job

-Fortify Casting: When not wearing armor ALL magicka costs are reduced by 8% [This being the base]

-Magicka Mania: When not wearing armor Magicka regenerates three times as fast [set enchantment cannot be upgraded]

-Zephyr Ward/Aura: Absorb 50 points of magicka while not wearing armor. The effective has a cooldown.

etc... BE CREATIVE !

These are just ideas. Whatever is the easiest or more interesting for someone to do- know that no matter which of these OR if you create your own idea, I will appreciate it, endorse it and in the future help you out when I get a more stable life.

Thank you all so much for reading and I hope to Talos this doesn't end up a 0 replie thread :o

~cheers

Make Skyrim great again.

Unarmored skill tree that buffs spells while unarmored. The higher the skill tree the higher your armor rating.

(Other perk trees are mutualy exclusive with each other as well, example in order to use the Sniper perk from Marksman/Archery a minimum of 40 sneak is required) also, some of your ideas ARE implemented into this mod.

Classic Classes

Gives you starting buffs to existing skill tress (compatible with all perk tree overhauls) - bonus to one handed, bonus to stealth etc.

including but not limited to non-tree perks - bonus to armor rating, bonus to melee damage, bonus to Magicka damage, reflect damage etc.

As well as allowing you to pick a Birthsign that is similar to but not the same as and CAN stack with standing stone buffs.

Classic Classes non-tree perk Bonus to armor rating works with ANY armor tree. It litterally just adds a flat number to your armor rating EVEN IF you are unarmored: clothes, robes, naked etc.

Bring up being naked, there in fact is a perk in Unarmored that DRAMATICALLY increases Armor rating AND Magic efficiency* while whearing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

*Magic Efficiency: Duration of buffs and debuffs, AOE Range, DOT duration etc.

I forgot to mention Summermyst has enchantments for giving free armor rating for clothes/robes aswell as enchantments that buff spells if wearing no armor.

If you are using Make Skyrim Great Again level 90 enchanting allows 2 enchantments per item, and Level 100 allows 3.

If using Ordinator level 70 enchanting allows 2 enchants per item and Level 100 allows you to create a one time miracle item with 3 enchantments

Also, these are almost exclusive vanilla perks, slightly tweaked. And Classic Classes in undoubtedly vanilla, if you've ever played ANY previous Elder Scrolls games, they ALL have class choices, which is why the title is : "Classic" classes

Sadly MSGA as far as I can see, is only available for regular edition, the others I am aware of but are much to drastic for me. I think ordinator for example is a great mod and balances some of the problems of vanilla- but introduces its own pitfalls. Thanks though, maybe I can just pretend robes arn't trash lol

edit just checked out the files for MSGA- There is a SE but the mod has not been updated in many years and the bug reports are substantial, many of the perks are broken, cause negative unintentional effects or in some cases- delete associated skills. Yikes

Uhh 2 things:

1)Thanks for letting me know its working for you : )

1.5) Here is my current mod list, I may also bite the bullet and use Classic Classes and Birthsigns because there is more I like from that mod then don't. So think there would be a conflict here if I added classic classes + MSGA ?

2)I am an idiot and didn't realize I posted in skyrim not Skyrim SSE forums. L0L.

Also I cannot test anything as my pc is out and need to get it repaired but we have been getting so much snow in eastern canada I can't get out of town

Fortify destruction damage and fortify destruction leveling are hard conflicts, good thing MSGA buffs All magic while Unarmored, and CCaB has level up bonuses.

As far as the rest of your LO you are good to go. Also mind you, I play on Xbox One where most mods have the absolute worst bugs. The PC Originals of the mods tend to be much more stable and have ALOT less problems and conflicts.

And I understand your pain with the weather, I live in Central US and we have been stuck in a frozen wasteland at 35°F
