Hey there,

I have a Question and would appreciate it if someone could help me out.

The thing is i downloaded an Armor and Clothing Replacer Mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/25705 and https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/25797
But i only like some of them, for example i like the Deadric Armor but the Steel Armor looks a little ridiculous to me, same for some Chlothing, Dawngaurd and Dragonborn Stuff. So my Question is can i just unpack the Mod, delete the Meshes, Textures and Stuff i don't like, repack the Mod and then install it like normal and don't mind the esp file at all or do i need to edit the esp file in this too.

I usually don't meddle this much with Files in Mods so i'm kind of lost here.

Oh by the Way, this is for Skyrim SE on PC.

I've never actually done it but I think you would just be left with pink or invisible armor/clothing. You should (and it would be simpler) be able to go into the esp and simply delete the entire piece(s) that you don't want. This will cause it to default to the vanilla.

I see, i've hoped that i don't need to edit the esp file since i've nerver done that before, but i guess i have to look into it now. Thank you for the help, i really appreciate it.

If you use replace without esp , you can find the meshes and textures that you like and delete others, repack or place them to correct folder, no problem.

If you use replace with esp , you need to edit the esp, or some clothes you deleted will display as air in game ( invisible body).
