Also the error is this one as I use the Steam version of Oblivion. Also this error hasn't been present my whole playtime, it just appeared at one point. It persistently shows the "You have installed an OBSE Plugin but OBSE was not found! See OBSE download page: OBSE."Unfortunately there isn't any fast way. Open a mod in TES4Edit and take a look at all the added elements. Also check the added cells using the construction set (extended preferably). EDIT: Do you use any replacer mesh &/or texture for any vanilla element found inside Marius Caro's quarters? I'll snoop around the list of meshes found at the cell, it cannot be anything I might've dropped due to the issue persisting modless on a new character so it might just be a broken mesh. EDIT: Found the offending mesh, it was a Torch01.nif that caused the issue. I triangled a possible problem mesh to the Clutter folder and by elimination found that to be the culprit!
