So, as I said in title, I have some problems with... well, I don't know, actually, where does my problem located, but there is a white exclamation mark on red (look at screenshot I've attached). This is kinda break my immersion :) How can I know which mod is involved in this glitch and how can I fix it? Also there is a problem with pipe pistols, they are just empty space in hands of my hero and there is no 3D model in Pip-boy too... Sorry for my bad English, i'm not a native speaker, as you can understand from my screenshot :)

May I ask you how does clothes/armor mods apply to a glitch with weapons? I'm quite a newbie in mods, so I don't understand... And there is any way to determine which mod is causing this glitch?

It's a missing mesh. One of your mods didn't install properly, and simply disabling your mods may not fix it.

True even with a mod manager tool sometimes they don't completely disable or disappear. I don't even use the disable option anymore. It's finicky. Best to uninstall. And even then a mod that's uninstalled may still load if it isn't actually removed. Check the data folder to be sure it's gone.

A lot of it can also depend on whether or not the mod's files are graphics that override the vanilla files, or not. If they do override the vanilla files, they will continue to do so, until they are removed from the data folder. Remember, everything we put into the data folder is put there, either as an expansion, or an override.

As for the problem, it might also be that the mod itself is faulty. Such as the creation kit botched a graphics file when making the bsa, the folder structure of the mod may not be correct, or the mod's esp may not have a correct pathway.

It's hard to diagnose.

BUT.... since you say that this happens when you have no mods activated, I'm much more leaning with the crowd, that it's a bad graphic file that is sitting in your data folder somewhere.

Fallout4/Data/Meshes is where most of your mesh files are located.

Thank you all for your advices! I re-installed the game and all mods except one, which is "Pipe Weapons Overhaul". At last time it wasn't installed correctly beacause of some bug and it seems like I couldn't delete it through Nexus Mod Manager. Now the game seems to run without any glithes AFAK.
