crashes while in wilderness

[Firetooth]

i've been working on this for probably 2 weeks at this point, however my game crashes every 20 odd seconds i'm in the wilderness

 

cleaned files with SSEedit, sorted with LOOT, at this point i'm very close to giving up and reinstalling the game

 

here's my load order, i use ENB if that helps

You us ENB you say, but what do you mean? Boris Voronov's binairies or an ENB preset? And what version of the binairies (v0.401 are the latest binairies)? On top you use the ENB Light. It has to be a mod that changes the exterior world, but that could be anything from Dragon mods to tree mods. For me, with a completely different load list, I had problems with the Scoped Bows mod. But that was when it was first released. And I also couldn't use a bashed patch. It made my game CTD for some reason.
