Urgent! I just bought Nexus premium and got an email saying it failed!

I paid through PayPal with my credit card, and I got a confirmation both from PayPal and My Credit card that the payment was successful.

 

Few minutes later I got an email from Nexus saying that the payment was unsuccessful and that I should buy it again.

 

How can I recover my money? What should I do?
