Gundam mods and mecha life.

So I was playing around with the Gundam power armor mods....I was truly enthralled when joking around with the console settings. Being a 40 foot mecha murder machine seemed fun. Until I realized it stops me from using my primary weapon, and when in 3rd person I become the flash...1st person worked rather well. Does anyone know any INI tweaks or mods I could use to patch these issues? I know it sounds stupid to some people (Just play Titanfall), but honestly we have a 40 ft commie killing bot already....and in this run the Gundams are just a Enclave project, that never saw the light of day (Insert generic fallout 3 mecha fan boy comment here) and I reallyyyy.....wanna figure a fix for this so I can be the Mecha master of the wasteland....maybe if I get bored, I will figure out mesh/models and textures for power armors...never really thought about touching it for the power armors.
