[MOD Reuquest/Help]-change of Triss boots

Hello everyone, is there someone who could help me? I would like to change Triss´s boots to something more closer to the witcher 2, but i want to stay with the witcher 3 outfit, thats why i dont want any of the mods which are changing her ap. to witcher 2 or something like appereance project...

 

So Ive choosen Yen´s boots, import meshes to dae and into blender where i both meshes combined in one, that was easy (https://imgur.com/idTDBco),

then i needed to attach bones to the new model, that was chaos form me cause there were so many of them, i tried to attach each, but then models not showed up in game or rly strangely (https://imgur.com/LtJ6qFZ ; https://imgur.com/oC5kluS ) i tried to delete or combined bones from both meshes but results were almost the same or worse, then i tried to do it directly with fbx which was good for materials at least, but not for the bones ( https://imgur.com/V4k1kA1 ; https://imgur.com/tDQ96d7 ; https://imgur.com/mf92Z3K )so after many attempts ( https://imgur.com/oLRNPvH )

im here if anyone could help me with this.

You don't need bones when editing meshes, or the meshes don't need to be rigged. Only weight paint is needed.

 

There are import fixes for Blender, and the dae-conversion is no longer needed. (Blender 1.76 is easiest, 2.8 still messes up normals, but that's only concern for skin meshes really)

 

Allways delete all LOD's but the lod0 and rename all materials to material0 (instead of material0.001)
