Mod Request: Priests of the Commonwealth (a quest mod)

So here is an idea for a quest mod to introduce a Bible / Priest / Church system to the Commonwealth.

Short Description: You find a partially intact bible at one of the various churchs, inns, as random loot somewhere, etc. It starts a quest to put together the whole book and then establish churches at your settlements.

Quest Stages:

-------------------------------

1) Find a partially assembled bible as either random loot or in one of the abandoned churches in the commonwealth. ALTERNATELY - You encounter a random NPC that mentions they are looking for an intact copy which they believe to be in the common wealth. NPC might be a layman or one dressed in Pastor's outfit.

2) Gather the pieces from the abandoned churches in the commonwealth (possibly in DLC areas?) and fully the Bible. Perhaps assembly has to be done by Piper Wright in Diamond City because she has a printing press??

2a) Expansion Idea: Piper is willing to help but needs paper and other resources from locations like Hubris Comics, etc?

3) Once you have fully assembled the book, it opens a new workshop item and crafting items allowing you to build a church for placement in your settlement. Crafting items would also be added such as a wearable Cross / Crucifix. Items could be added to the settlement build menu for things like crosses that could be mounted on the wall or other religious icons like a statue of Mary, the 7 candled jewish menorah, etc.

4) Once the church is made a random NPC will show up in Priest outfit and offer to take up the job of being the settlement Priest / Preacher / whatever. His presence will boost the max number of occupants for the settlement by say +5 or +10 and increase happiness by a + 5 to + 10. ALTERNATELY - simply give the Bible and a Pastor's outfit to a settler and they gain the AI package for the Priest role.

5) Script the pastor to ring the church bell once a week and have the settlers come in an sit in the chairs / pews for an hour as he delivers a sermon. During the other days of the week his AI will default to farmer.

6) Maybe have a voice pastor? Perhaps the sermons will differ based on character actions (optionally) between a "lets all get along" style sermon vs as "GOD WILLS IT!!" zealot style approach for a raider playthrough. These do not have to be long and elaborate or anything as a little of this sorta thing tends to go a long way. Nor do they have to really be particularly "religious" per se in order to allow the mod to remain more inclusive of a wider audience and still get the point across. IE; no actual bible quotes, etc. The style of sermon could be manually chosen or it could be quest aware based on the players actions. Perhaps even Quest Mod aware to synch with some of the more popular mods?

7) Once churches are set up perhaps having new NPC's that you find wandering about (similar to NPC's Travel) which comment about how they are converts going to see "Pastor XYZ" at "ABC settlement". Alternately you might see them before you have assembled the bible and they are asking you help them find an intact bible (see #1 above).

7a) Expansion Option: Some or all of the existing abandoned churches of the commonwealth might be restored and attach NPCs for worship / sandboxing. There might only be a couple of them hanging around during the week, but say 10 of them on Sundays.

8) Once your settlement has a church built perhaps the settlement attacks are modified to include more Children of Atom types screaming about heretics and non-believers who have to be purged for the glory of Atom.

9) A built in FOMOD style option might by included to allow for the mod to be more inclusive for other religions beyond a generic Christian / Catholic flavor, such as Jewish or Islam. For example if the Jewish option were chosen the Church craftable items would be a menorah vs a statue of Mary, etc. These items could even be hard coded into the church itself as a pre-fab so you just pick which denomination of church you want and all the navmeshing is worked out ahead of time so mod users don't muck it up with bad item placement inside. Secondly the priest might alter his clothing based on these options such as wearing a jewish kippah (small round hat) and requesting the player help him to assemble a copy of the Torah (or the Islamic Quran) instead of a bible, etc

I think there is a TON of potential for this type of mod, and best of all, no one has done such a thing. NOTE: i'm not really suggesting this as a "religious thing" but rather as an RP thing. Religions have always played a huge role in all cultures and there is really none represented in the Commonwealth currently other than the Children of Atom and one very non-descript church in Diamond City.
