No planters in the rebuild given the cold region. The old location of the planters didn't make any sense so were removed but not relocated.

Although visually some city mods may not clash with Morskom, it's possible that the navmeshes collide which could cause issues. There's an ETAC patch available by Sacralletius in the files section which supports the old ETAC which most use. Any further patches for city mods may need to come from the community itself.

strange when I try and enter the basement I get CTD any idea's what I'm doing wrong

Give it a try on a vanilla setup, assuming you're using a mod manager with profiles and see if the same occurs. You can use the console command coc meint02 to quickly gain entry. If it still crashes, there may be a conflict with another mod. Could be something editing one of the meshes it doesn' like.

Also, try re-downloading in case something got corrupt.

my gut feeling is it may be something to do with the legacy of the dragonborn,that mod is so big it has fingers everywhere. is anyone else playing with both legacy and this mod

Just added a section regarding that in the FAQ article. I should link that on the mod page actually.

New ETAC is not finished so isn't currently supported. Might be worth checking to see how incompatible it might be though. Just be aware of navmesh changes which could upset things.
