Weird bug: Screen fades in and out to white

Hi guys,

 

So, I'm not that good with mods but I understand the basics of using them.

 

I haven't played Fallout 4 in a long time and I noticed that there was this update from Bethesda that broke a lot of things a while back. So I updated F4SE, the mods that I have that released updates, etc.

 

Then I went into the game. At first I was a bit surprised because everything looked like s***. But I figured that this is probably just the game needing to load back models, textures, etc. after a long time not being used and sure enough, after a while they all came back and looked as good as it used to be.

 

But then I noticed something weird. My screen continually fades to white and then back to normal. This happens periodically, every 15 seconds or so. This is definitely not the white out bug that used to be caused by rain and wetness settings. This is something else and I can't seem to find something similar on Google. At first I thought maybe this is just loading textures and whatnot but even after the game seems to have reloaded everything and the game runs like it used to, this fade to white bug continues making the game practically unplayable.

 

This is weird because it used to run perfectly fine.

 

Does anyone know what this could possibly be and what might cause this?

I also use the latest ENB and https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/42 if they could somehow cause this.

Okay, so while waiting for answers, I decided to do some tests myself.

 

I've found out that the cause of the glitch is this exact mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/10?tab=description

 

Don't know why that mod causes it, don't really care. I can live without it.

 

This is just an information that maybe someone who faces something like this in the future can use.
