New vegas stuck at loading

Hi, I had sucessfuly installed some mods before, now recently installed project nevada, and i needed to install some patches with it so it could work normally (from here). The problem is, i downloaded them, tried them install it on NMM like any mod, it showed it being installed ant it just stopped after 2seconds. Maybe that's because patches are too old, i dunno. I tried and tried installing those patches, but it didn't work. So i just deleted them, and whole nevada project. Changed some ini files too, because i needed more fps, and now once i launch NV it just stuck on loading even too menu.

My load order:

When you are installing mods, you need to pay attention to what is being installed.

For example: EVE FNV - NO GRA.esp=1 You have Gun Runners Arsenal

EVE FNV - NO DLC.esp=1 You have the DLCs
I hope you saved a copy of the original .ini file that you changed. Otherwise, you will have to delete the one you have and launch the game with the launcher to create a new one.

I will try creating new ini files with launcher, thanks for your reply.

No, it's not the mods are "too old". The game hasn't been updated or changed in ages, and the Project Nevada mods are used by thousands (endorsed by more than 108K users). Even by thousands of NMM users I would dare say. NMM is actually more "obsolete" than PN these days. I installed it "manually" without problems. So, back to basics.

Your problem sounds like it is with NMM. Note that the PN team recommends using FOMM (the Forked version, not the one directly linked) to install their mod. That is because it is packed as a "FOMOD" package with a "wizard" script to deal with the install issues. If you are going to use NMM, make sure you have the latest version from GitHub (which is newer than the unsupported version on Nexus) and that you follow the "manual install" procedure of PN. Do not assume you can simply click on the "download with NMM" button.

You need to get PN installed and functional before you attempt to install any patches. Make sure to read the "Common Problems" section of the "FNV General Mod Use Advice" wiki article regarding patches and the order they need to be placed in your "load order".
