Weapon bashing while moving in third person

Hi, so, I just reinstalled the game after a very long time and I've been playing a lot in third person.

I've found a bunch of useful mods to make my third person gameplay a better experience and I'm liking it, for the most part, except for this one very annoying thing that I can't seem to find any mods to deal with and that's (Weapon Bashing in Third Person), every time i try to bash with a pistol in third person, my character gets locked in place and can't move until the bashing animation is complete. However in first person I can move and pistol whip like a maniac with no issues. I would very much like for someone to make a mod that allows my character to bash while moving in third person.
