hi i saw that there are mass effect mods on nexus.. and just wondered how new are these mods are...

should i wait for the vortex installer (not sure what it's called) i figure mass effect mods are still new... and if i were to download some of these early mods i don't know how to do it manually does the file for the mod tell me where to put these in my mass effect folder.

i don't mind waiting if an installer is being developed.. (maybe some kind of release date (a rough estimate would be fine if there is even that)

there is some a old as 2018 the newest ones from this year 2020... i think people just started to make mods... maybe the tools to do so are better now... i'm mainly asking should i wait a few months before... i got download mods for dragon age and i just saw some mass effect ones it on the list on nexus.. though the only mod that are on are manual installing and i don't really know what to do in that... if someone is working on a device or mod tool (like the elder scrolls V- unofficial patch type mods, and other mods in the future)

I'm currently playing Mass Effect Andromeda (Got it for $4.99 on Origin), and I have to use the FROSTY Mod Manager in order to "inject"? the mods into the game, so if the previous Mass Effects are anything like Andromeda, then possibly Vortex isn't equipped to handle it.

Mass Effect 1, 2 and 3 have mods that are as old as the date the games were released. There's a new mod manager for mods for those three games. As HadToRegister already said, for ME: Andromeda you need the Frosty manager. None of the ME mods can be installed with mod managers like Vortex or NMM.

Also, when you're talking about a game that has several in a series, best thing is to say which game you're talking about exactly.

Next time, you should search for the right Mass Effect forum for the version you're talking about and post your questions there ;)
