Cannot activate FO4 to manage

I was trying to activate FO4 on vortex (never done before after wiping pc) got error message:

Sounds like you moved/uninstalled Fallout 4 since you last opened Vortex, would that be accurate? This can also happen if you use an external drive the the letter has changed.
