I got new PC and after installing the steam, game, mods etc, I notice that my Xbox controller has this annoying acceleration on.

 

I have totally forgot how I disable it last time, and I tried to google solution but without luck.

 

All posted "fixes" I found are outdated or just not working...

 

I am talking about acceleration what makes even use of start menu nearly impossible.

 

I have tried to adjust game's INI settings without luck, and I have sort of memory that solutions was in Steam's INI settings but cant find/remember...

 

 

EDIT: 

 

Max framerate was unlimited in Nvidia settings, setting it to 60 fixed the situation.
