SLOW Download Speeds. Premium User

Hi Forum Admins and Friends,

 

This is a recently reported issue and its been affecting a few people. Premium members are also affected, I am paying 5 dollars a month for slower than free speeds so its a little infuriating. There is no news on whats going on or if there are any attempts to fix this blatant server issue. This is purely a server side issue so this is just a PSA for all the people who are affected and a call for help.

free user here also getting max speed as 300kb 22 march 2020

Premium User here, I got the same problem. No download is faster than 200 kb/s atm, started around 2 days ago on my end. It's not a problem on my side, rest is running smoothly

Thanks for the prompt reply, however this is what the other posts have requested us to do and to no avail. Purely a server side issue as files greater than 800mb download at max speeds

Not necessarily... smaller files are hosted on different servers than the big ones. Most of the users who complain of slow downloads get decent speeds on small files, and the larger ones get really slow.

The article describes the information we need you to post in order to troubleshoot the issue. Unfortunately a lot of the reports we've been getting are incomplete, so we can only give basic advice.
