Reinstalled a mod to change FOMOD presets, VORTEX asks to revert or apply changes. What do I do?

Hello,

 

I re-installed a fauna mod for Skyrim SE to change FOMODS. After re-installing VORTEX noticed "external changes" and asked if I want to 1. "save all changes", 2. "revert changes" 3. "apply newest file to changes(or something like that). What the heck do I click? I simply proceeded to "revert" the changes, as that would not delete anything and was before I actually did any changes, and re-re installed. Did I mess up something? Please help lol.

When you make desired changes that trigger the "external changes" menu, then save all changes, since those changes are what you want. "Save all changes" means, well, save all changes.
