i Give-up... :( could really use some (Help/advice) please.. Any Mod Pros out there!?

Hey guys so I have been playing around with Mods for the past few months, using and trying everything then finally learned enough to actually run and not break mods lol. But Witcher 3 omg! been trying to get it going for the past 2 weeks so i can actually enjoy new s#*! in the game but no matter what i do i always manage to crash the game and having to do everything over..... Just spend past few days going through 95 mods fixing and installing 1 by 1 and ruining the game after each one......painful but carefully was able to fix most issues and keep going. Was great until i f*#@ed it up trying to install my last 3-4 mods.... :nuke: :ermm: This is my 3rd time trying :sick: really wanted to break or pass 100 mods for an awesome game.. BUT COME ON why WITCHER wtf ! Thought it just might be the Witcher3Mod Mannger after a long struggle but it was defiantly still better than Vortex, which I finally gave up on so went old school NexusMM and so far my 3rd time trying im so soooooooo close but im stuck, might finally just give up and delete it all..... hopefully tho i can get it back and working. Would be great if you guys could PLEASE help me fiix and finish it. Or if anyone has any advice??

So far I cant get through this I tried back tracking uninstaling a few mods, debug/ re-merge/ tried to put the community base back / goty 1.3-1.32 , deleted settings/everything i needed turned all mods of and was able to run the game then turn them back on i get most errors fixed by re-installing some mods managed to fix friendly HUD just now but what am i doing wrong here? Seems like it is in the mod itself ?

NMM like Vortex uses Virtual Links.
The script merger cannot merge mods that have virtual links.
The mods physically need to be in the Mods Folder to be merged properly.

With Virtual Links, the Script Merger LOOKS like it's merging the files, but it's actually not.
