Error Code when trying to Launch DAI through Frosty

Hey guys! I hope I'm posting in the right area, but i have a problem. I just started using Frosty Mod Manager, and it doesn't seem to work. Every time I boot it up, it gives me the same error code and to run through administrator--which I always do.

I'm not exactly a wiz kid when it comes to computers, hell, im not even sure I spelt the word 'wiz' right. I really want to play with the new frosty mods that everyone is sharing, especially the hair mods.

Please let me know if anyone has a solution to this!
