Random (?) crashes

Hello,

I apologize if this is in the wrong section since I'm pretty new to the forum.
I've been having random, unpredictable crashes on Fallout 4. I play with quite a bit of mods, but i'm not sure they're causing the problem.
What happens is this: I can play the game, and in most cases load my save files, as normal. But after a certain amount of time - Particularly fast travelling - the game just closes and returns to the desktop. No error messages, no freezing, just sudden closure.

This problem showed up like 4 days ago. No idea why. Please help!
