rick0307 Posted April 5, 2020 Share Posted April 5, 2020 I have Steam version of ME, Digital Deluxe version. Purchased all DLC with Bioware points ASAP when released. I have reinstalled many times over the years, but this time, all DLC are gone. Steam help points to discontinued Bioware websites. I have filed with Bioware for problem, and have a case number, but they never answer; "36 minute wait time" is over 3 hours every day, no answer. I see that I can purchase a DLC collection from Bioware, but I already did that, or so I thought. Does anyone know of 1) a way to reacquire my DLC, or 2) a way to actually contact a Bioware human to help? Thanks! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Pasquale1223 Posted April 6, 2020 Share Posted April 6, 2020 If you have/kept records of your original "CD Keys", you should be able to reclaim it. If you can acquire/copy the keys from Steam, you may be able to register and download them through Origin. I've done that with games originally purchased through Steam.
