I did it multiple times, waited for something to happen, when nothing did I restarted Vortex and still nothing. Tried to clear my cache but categories still don't show up. EDIT: Never mind. What I had to do was click categories at the top orange bar which opened a pop up where I clicked retrieve categories. Then I did exactly what you suggested and all the categories showed up. Thanks!
