I'm not really sure how much can be changed with mods for bannerlords. simpler(i think) idea is make them smaller and closer to units head so you can see your troops. (ive tried looking at files to see if i could make this one myself but i can't find the section that controls the size of these) Advanced idea x2 ( no idea if possible) make them toggable ideally have them show up when holding alt similar to how it works when you're looking for enemy direction.
