NPCs attack me when i unsheathe my weapon

I think title says it all. For some reason, when i unsheathe my weapon, or raise my arms wen unarmed) various NPCs go full aggro on me. This something also makes (or at least i think it makes it) sleeping draugrs wake as soon as i unsheathe my weapon, for example - in Bleak Falls Barrow i managed to sneak past those first sleeping draugrs, and near swinging axes i raised my fists. Every single draugr in this rom suddenly woke up and went full aggro on me. Another (different) example is with Kematu and his Alikr's. After killing bandits, you could always speak with him. I can't because...you guessed it...they are going full aggro on as soon as i step through waterfall. Any ideas what might causing this? Before i post my load order i want to say i have various not-so-family-friendly mods because i'm sick as Oblivion, so i won't do that for now.
