Hey guys o/ .. how do I tone down the speed of my character when running and climbing? Is there a setting somewhere in the files?

I think the climbing, sprinting up ladders, running in game is a bit to fast for my liking, I'm looking through the files but cant find anything to help with this?... some help would be greatful! I only want to tone it down by one or two..
