I think runes are overlooked for their low flat base damage (50), when they could be used creatively for stealth players. Can observe NPC scheduled pathing or predict it for sneaky kills. I even would like to use runes for animal hunting. It would be awesome if it could be improved to even one shot non-unique enemy NPCs (mages, vampires, draugrs, etc)
Available mods currently slightly increase damage, even one adds secondary effects. One increases the rune cap above 1. I would like to see a mod that merges all those benefits with higher damage, also silencing the rune casting so stealth won't be broken.
