New to Vortex and would like some help in making severely lacking gameplay an awesome experience in Solstheim with the Daedric Lord Mora and revising the usage of the East Empire Pendants.

My problem is that I have ideas that a previous worker of Bethesda loved, but he was unable to continue under constant strain.

I call my ideas Raven Rock Expansion that is split up into 2 sections called The War of The Reclamations part 1 (Solstheim), and The War of The Reclamations part 2 (Skyrim).

Ideally, I would love to see this ultimately come out for console gameplay; but have no idea if that is possible.

Overall, the Dragonborn DLC content after defeating Miraak is kinda a downer.

It seems like the region of Solstheim is a huge wasted piece of space after defeating Miraak.

We are told that we are the Champion of Miraak, but once the storyline ends, nothing more comes of it.

In order to make things interesting, why not make The Reclamations in Solstheim jealous of Mora and his Champion; by resurrecting Miraak and the other enemies, and then recoding the East Empire Pendants as a Peace of Mora, that adds content to Raven Rock, and the other regions of Solstheim; so that instead of an ashen wasteland, the area becomes a true city/colony.

The 33 Peace of Mora would function partly as questing to expand the region in order to make them more appealing to orphaned elves and others in Skyrim.

The idea is kinda like the Radiant quests after we have defeated a foe in a faction, this would start after Miraak has been defeated the first time.

If Boethiah wasn't part of the reclaimations, I would side with the reclaimations over Hermeues Mora

The whole point of The Reclamation Wars, both in Solstheim and in Skyrim; was that The 3 Reclamations were jealous of Hermaeus Mora in using Dragonborn to kill Miraak, even though Miraak is finished off by Mora.

It was also a way I believe that adds filler questlines in Solstheim.....and after Miraak is defeated a second time, The Reclamations will take their war against the Dragonborn against his/her allies in Skyrim; that requires new armor to protect people there from the effects of Oblivion.

Bethseda lost a man from their ranks because they told him that they didnt want any repeats; yet Solstheim in the Legendary Edition now has Hermaeus Mora instead of Hircine as the Lord of Solstheim this time around.

In my case they should be more jealous of Meridia and Malacath. But I get it. Though I think Azura would probably not try to attack the dragonborn for that since the end result was favorable for her followers. She is vain but still actually care for those loyal to her. Mephala and Boethiah on the other hand are a different story. They only care about old Mora stealing their thunder.

The premise to this idea for a mod, is that The Reclamations are jealous of Hermaeus Mora and his Champion the Dragonborn.

They manage to steal from the Dragonborn the Black Book: Waking Dreams and resurrect everyone the Dragonborn has dealt with. The Reclamations have also managed to steal the Daedric Servants of the other Daedric Lords and placed their House Indoril allies at the end of each matching Black Book in an attempt to frustrate Dragonborn from reclaiming Apocrypha for Mora.

Now, the entire island of Solstheim has 5 Temples that have be erected where the Standing Stones are, and threaten to destroy its inhabitants, while in Apocrypha, the Daedric Servants have taken over and are obedient to the House Indoril at the end of the Book.

Even the East Empire Pendants are meant to be changed, so that during the 2nd run through, the Champion of Mora can restore the people, land and Mora's Apocrypha back to normal.

The recoding would allow the regions of Raven Rock, Tel Mythrin and even the 4 forts to be altered, changed and/or expanded; in part by using existing mods that I believe would make Solstheim a bit more entertaining.

There are multiple storylines that are promised, but never finished:

The Last Dragonborn becomes Mora's Champion.

Adril Arano's wife has yearnings for returning/visiting Blacklight and her husband relates the House Sadras has replaced House Hlaalu on the House Council.

Councilor Morvayn seeks to sent word for more resources and supplies to make Raven Rock even greater after Dragonborn has first reopened the mine and then dispensed of the Ulens masquerading as friends and contributors.

Master Neloth makes Dragonborn a member of House Telvanni with a future promise to take him/her to Vvardenfel when he returns there.

And then there is a lot of wasted space lying dormant with a lone silt strider parked in the middle of a stream.

And since Legendary Edition came out in 2013, I don't think there are going to be any more added mods from Bethesda to continue.

Meridia and Malacath aren't in Solstheim.

There are multiple lines of possibilities that Bethesda left broken in Solstheim and I honestly would like to have more to this, even though I am using a 360 Console at the moment.

Plus, the Dragonborn becomes the Champion of Mora, and nothing comes of it. Unless, you count all the undone quests that remain if any.

For example, take Councilor Morvayn: After the mine is reopened as a rich ebony mine (even though Dragonborn can get minimum 12 ebony ore); the Councilor makes the mention of NOW THAT WE HAVE THE EBONY MINE UP AND RUNNING AGAIN I CAN SEND WORD TO COUNCIL AND ASK FOR MORE RESOURCES TO MAKE THIS A TRUE COLONY....It never happens.

The wife of Adril Arano has a warm memory of Blacklight, even wanting to return, but again it never happens.

Master Neloth rewards the Dragonborn with an honorary title of House Telvanni after Ildari has her heartstone removed in Highpoint Tower....but, the questlines end with this also.

Dragonborn defeats Miraak, and becomes Champion of Mora, but no radiant quests are given the Champion.

Morvayn when asked about other settlements in Solstheim mentions THAT HE GETS ALONG WITH THE TELVANNI in Tel Mythrin.

Then there is multiple areas of barren wasteland between the ashes of the South and the frozen tundra of the North; and once we do maybe five quests after the TEMPLE OF MIRAAK is started, nothing else is given.

I have multiple ideas on how to add more content, fixing broken (seems to me empty promises) quest lines that should have at least had some updates between now and 2013.
