I'm in the middle of trying to make a mod that gives Human Inquisitors pointy elf-like ears. Essentially, this would be used for an elf-blooded playthrough. Since the base head is shared by all, I'm sure it'll effect other npcs, but I just wanted to give it a go.
I've already edited the mt_basa_hf_mesh in blender. I am using the old DAI Mod Maker for mesh importing and exporting since I don't have Frosty Alpha.
My mesh "successfully imports" but then there is no change in appearance under Preview Asset, and also no change in game.
Any idea what I'm missing or what could be wrong?

Hi, you're not doing anything wrong. Most head mesh import doesn't really work so great in dai mod maker or frosty alpha mod maker yet without workarounds. Even if you succeeded with DAIMM, you may get black patches, distorted eyes, unfortunately.
