I have seen speed comparisons, and I feel as though the Raiden Uniform should be the fastest in the game, being a little bit faster than D-Walker. Cyborg Ninja's speed should be replaced with Raiden's default speed. This way, bringing along D-Dog or Quiet will no longer be a chore, because you won't have to go all the way back to your buggy to go somewhere.
