Edit Request!
Hello! I've recently being playing Fallout NV and I usually make my own characters with their styles, but I haven't found a yellow tank top in the internet and I'm not good at photoshop at all, so i tought if someone could help me here...

What I want is to remove all the other things and just leave the shirt, convert the shirt to yellow, and remove the ''I love Nexus'' from the shirt

Hope someone can do it :)

You appear to be relatively new here, so let me point out a couple of things about forum etiquette. (Just trying to help you get better results.)

This is the "Mod Talk" sub-forum, where we discuss problems with existing mods or issues related to creating them. What you are asking for is a custom "art asset" or "model" that properly belongs in the "Mod Requests" sub-forum (because you are asking someone else to do it for you). Easy enough to not realize and "no biggie". But placing a post in the correct sub-forum is more likely to get a response. We call it "different eyes in different forums".

The biggest difference between the other sub-forums and "Requests" is that the former is where people ask for help with something they are working on themselves. People who respond are happy to share their knowledge. "Requests" is where people are asking for someone else to do the work for them. That requires a whole different level of time and commitment which has to come out of their available time (such as playing the game themselves) with correspondingly fewer people willing to participate. They tend to only respond in that forum. (No idea whether they even have the time to look at the others, but that is not the issue.)

There is a "sticky" post at the top in that sub-forum that advises (along with why) the etiquette there is to only post a request once . You can "private message" (PM) a moderator (see the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page) to move this thread to that sub-forum, or just repost your request there, (It would be courteous to mention in this thread that replies should go to that thread instead. You could even edit your original post to say it there. Multiple posts in different sub-forums on the same topic is called "spamming".)

Among other things, it is a bit unreasonable to most people here to expect to receive a reply to any post in less than two hours. The usual response time for an older game (this one is 10 years old and amazingly active for it's age) is 24 hours.

The best way to get the result you want is to learn how to do it yourself. The first one will take a bit of time, but once you learn how, you are set to satisfy your artistic desires whenever. Everything you need is available for free. (Photoshop isn't your only choice.) See the "Custom items", "Armor and Clothes", "Blender Mesh Editor" (which has an excellent tutorial on creating models in general I am told), and "NifSkope Mesh Editor" sections of the wiki "Getting started creating mods using GECK" article for links to tutorials and "tips" of lessons learned.
