Crash on campaign start related to 'TaleWorlds.Core.MBObjectBase'

trying to play on 1.3 with quite a few mods. updated all that i can and finally got the game running but now it crashes after creating a character and setting their background and difficulty. Heres some code of it, I also attached the diagnostic report
