I don't wont to waste time learning how to make a npc replacer.

So I'm willing to make it worth for someone more qualified  to make a Serana Replacer with meshes and preset I'll provide in exchange of remuneration

why would it be so ? Since I'm not able to do it myself, couldn't it be an opportunity for someone else ?

I don't see what's bad about it

Have you looked at the Serana replacers that are already out there?

Yes the R.B one was the one I wanted to use but it's never working like it's supposed to. First I had a problem with the eyes it was the normal map not functioning but when it got fixed then she got bald and I couldn't find why.

easy to port over old Skyrim replacers. download Cathedral Assets Optimizer to convert all files except any .esp. If there's an esp just open in Creation Kit then resave (it auto converts). Recompress the files and load into mod manager. It takes literally 2 minutes to do and once you learn you can port any mod from oldrim yourself. Only way because no one will port something for you unless they are bored beyond reason.
