Ill chime in and say that a few days ago i was having no issues, but yesterday same issues started under 100kb/s for any large download am also premium tried different servers and also tried using my VPN from different locations EU US ect no difference. Is there any information i can provide to help solve this issue?

Sorry for not replying, was very busy, tried to download big mod through Prague server manually, the speed hasn't changed, the same ~1MB/s.
