Mods won't work need help

So I downloaded the sekiro mod engine and created a mod folder but the only mod that works is ps4 mapping mod and its goes like this mods<menu<hi<01_common.sblytbnd.dcx

When I try to use other mods they don't work I even mad a parts folder in the mods folder and put them in it but they still don't work. I tried downloading doge like a real ninja mod and followed the institutions like this mods<chr<c0000.anibnd.dcx but it does not work. what am I doing wrong here?
