Reducing Oldrim's RAM usage

Hey everyone! I'm finally done with modding my game after a few months of banging my head against my keyboard, but now that I'm testing it a bit more in depth, it seems that I could do with either more RAM or less RAM usage: https://ibb.co/VC2B7jz

I've got around 20-25 FPS when I get to the bridge on the other side of Riverwood and look at the town. I'm assuming RAM is the culprit. Pretty sure there's a 4GB limit for Oldrim, isn't it? I've still got a bit of VRAM left, so I'd like to know if there's a way to either reduce RAM usage, increase or remove the limit (highly doubt it, but you never know...) or have the game use VRAM instead of RAM. I don't know if what I'm asking is realistic, but my computer knowledge is a bit... spotty. I'm on Windows 10, by the way.

VideoMemorySizeMb is already set to 10240 in enblocal.ini (one of the first thing I did when modding the game, used Sinitar's guide to set it).

ReservedMemorySizeMb is set to 64. Had it at 512, but the stuttering was worse. I'll try fiddling with it, but I'm not holding my breath. Higher values increase RAM usage, don't they?

I also use Crash fixes and set CustomMemoryBlockTotalSizeMb to 100. Not sure if it actually has any real influence on my issue, but here it is.

EDIT: I tried BethINI, and I'd definitely recommend it. I don't really know what it changed, but my game runs much faster now, and as far as I can tell there's no difference graphic wise.
