vortex problems with skyrim SE, help please

so like i was playing skyrim today and yesterday and for the past several weeks, thing is, i noticed one of the mods stopped working for me, this mod, (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/6656?tab=description) i noticed no one had the tweak options dialog, and i cant seem to download any new mods, so i can have multiple fallowers..... i liked this mod an prefer to continue to use it, but this is displeasing for me..... i am using windows 7, it will piss me off if that is the problem, because i had no problem last night, only in the past few hours have i had the problem... that being said any help with my problem i think you for, and i hope people wont just stuff other problems in this, because then my problem will get ignored like the last 3 times ive asked for help, so please ether help me or make your own problem channel

second problem, i told i cant log into the vortex login any more, when i tryed to request a new API key, (which i never had to do before) it wont give me one... how do i get said key to unlock this vortex problem?? because for all i know that is the problem, but i dont know if it is so i list it as a second problem

Nexus servers have been going on and offline for the last couple hours. Haven't been able to download any mods. Websites back up but vortex API is f*#@ed and not letting people login now. You're not alonel Dunno what's going on.

Same issue. Vortex refuses to download or log-in.

Yup. I had one (small) working download in the last 20 minutes or so. Since then nothing.

okay good it isnt just me, if i had to take a guess at what the problem is, id say its likely due to people not being able to work on the problem, because of the world class sickness going around, so i think im just going to mark this as solved, and wait a few days, and play other games
