ive done everything in my power to try and get just 1 mod to work using vortex, following multiple tutorials step by step but they dont show you where to put your mods so they transfer to the game files, they just tell you to make two folders separate of the game files in the same drive, if i download a mod to a folder that has no relation to my skyrim folders then how is the mod supposed to show up in game? again i followed the tutorials step by step but my mod ( monitor refresh rate uncap) isnt working.

Well, the mod you downloaded and installed doesn't have an ESP, because it requires SKSE64, because it's a DLL
