[MOD REQUEST] E3 underwater bubbles and more blurr

Hi everyone,

 

I am absolutely not apt when it comes to programming and that sort.

 

But I seriouly enjoy all the mods that have been released by the community to make the Witcher 3 an even better game - especially keeping the graphics up to date.

Here my request:

 

I have noticed that during the e3 gameplay demo, that while diving the water has bubbles, is more blurry and somewhat greenish.

 

See for yourself at 29:26 min.

 

 

Can someone make a mod for that?

 

That would be highly appreciated.
