Okay, so I can't seem to find what I'm looking for and if it already exists, pardon me in advance. But I would like a mod that can increase the encounter rate of specific NPCs, specifically in my case, the Afflicted. But even one that modifies the rate for any random NPC would be fine. I was looking and found one that did the exact opposite and I am getting a little discouraged in my search.
