Serious problem with Tresspassing

For some reason when I am any place that is considered trespassing the ONLY thing NPCs will say to me is for me to leave and that I am trespassing. This is really REALLY starting to irritate me now since it has broken multiple quests. Particularly the Malacath quest with Lord Drad and his Mansion. The mansion is ALWAYS considered trespassing and both Lord Drad and his wife will not say anything but that I am trespassing. I really hope someone can help. This happens no matter where I trespass at as well. So I am sure that other quests are broken as well.

What did you install before the problem appeared?

 

Ar worst disable a bunch of mods, check if the problem remains etc.

Ahh, I just deleted everything and am going to start from scratch. It was most likely one of those overhaul mods. I really love those mods but I have never been able to successfully run more than one or two of them. I have always run into crashes when using multiple overhauls or even simple add ons to those overhauls. Even the ones that are compatible. I think I will just do a MUCH simpler load order with around 50 or so mods instead. I really wish Oblivion had more support for it's older mods. But it is a really old game though.

Dialogtweaks is probably the culprit. Under Data\Ini look for Dialog TFR costs.ini and open it. Find the line, 'set TrespassDialogRestore to 1' and set it to 0. Save, and exit the file.
