Helpless at getting modded TW3 running

So I buyed TW3 via Steam instantly looking up all good Mods and picking the best for me,about 20 Mods now. Mostly small changes and big texture improvement, I used the Script Merger to merge and then simply deinstalled all Mods who had issues with others, deleted only 3 Mods. Script Merger now gives me a Ok and I start the Game then* I see this:

clearly most of it is a problem with merging files. But I already used up my braincells, so maybe someone who know´s the Problem might be able to help me?
