CTD when entering buildings

Hello, LE here. So basically earlier today my game was working completely fine, after quitting the game and doing some real life stuff I come back and the game loads, I can move around as if nothing is the issue. As soon as I would fast travel somewhere the game would crash. I checked out my load order and noticed that Vortex had moved things around again. I uninstalled Vortex and moved everything around as best to my memory as I could. Now I am able to fast travel to places just fine but when I enter a building it shows the loading screen for a second then crashes to desktop. I disabled all my mods and continued from that save and there were no issues, re-enabled them all again and again no issues. Tried to go back to the previous save before disabling the mods and now I crash whenever entering buildings again. Was hoping this was just a simple load order issue. LOOT says no changes were made to load order
