Need help finding ID's of mod items and perks

First of all I would like to say hi to all members of the Nexus forum as this is my first post. As you can see I am new to this forum and the game of Fallout. I have downloaded a few mods from this site a few days back and I have a question regarding the base ID of the new items and perks added in these mods. Is there any way I can retrieve these ID?

To be specific I have listed here a list of mods I downloaded:

Fallout 3 is easy to do this for ITEMS.

 

Drop it on the floor - go into console command and click on the item w/your mouse.

 

Then the item name - id should show up at the top of the console command window.

 

Then type: gbo and an ID will appear.

Get a cup of coffee - Red Bull or whatever you drink to wake up and re-read my posts.

 

I cannot give you any more than that .... nor could anyone else unless they came over to your house and walked you through it.

Install Command Extender, then you can use `search sandman` or `search 10mm` etc. to find perk and weapon IDs in-game.
